At Grazekit, every kit is handcrafted to order especially for your event. Because each kit is made uniquely for you, our return and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of what we create. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Handmade to Order
Every Grazekit is individually handmade once your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made stock. This means:
• Production begins within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed.
• Your kit is made specifically for your event date, theme and specifications.
• As each kit is unique to you, it cannot be resold or reused — please review your order details carefully before checkout.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the bespoke, handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. All orders are final sale.
Before purchasing, please ensure you have:
• Selected the correct kit size and configuration.
• Checked your event date and confirmed sufficient delivery time.
• Reviewed your personalisation choices, theme and colour preferences.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing every order, but we understand that occasionally damage can occur in transit. If your kit arrives damaged, we will make it right.
To request a replacement, please:
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Email us at grazekits@gmail.com with your order number.
• Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the affected items.
Once we have reviewed your photos, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We may not be able to offer a replacement if damage is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
• Cancellations requested before production has begun may be accepted at our discretion.
• Once your kit has entered production (typically within 1–2 business days), we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
• To request a cancellation, email grazekits@gmail.com with your order number and we will advise whether this is possible.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please:
• First check your tracking information (sent by email at dispatch).
• Allow one additional business day in case of courier delays.
• Contact us at grazekits@gmail.com if your order is more than 2 business days overdue and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Please note that Grazekits is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched.
